Eligibility for Returns:
•    Returns are accepted only if the product is delivered broken, leaked, or damaged.
•    You must inform us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order to be eligible.

Return Process:
•    Contact our customer service with your order number and clear pictures of the damaged product.
•    Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

Refunds:
•    Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at checkout.
•    Please allow a few working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
